Who We Are
Native Texas Nursery was established in 1987 with the purpose of providing high-quality native and adapted plant material to the green industry in Texas. We are currently located on a 40-acre facility 10 miles east of Austin. It is our intention to provide a consistent availability of 4" flats up to 65-gallon material.
The vast majority of our plants are propagated on-site. We regularly collect seeds for many of our plants throughout the Hill Country to ensure ideal origin and characteristics. Additionally, many of our plants are selected cultivars chosen for their superior qualities. Our staff has many years of experience in the selection, propagation, and cultivation of the native species.
We encourage visits by industry professionals. Please give us a call in advance to let us know that you will be coming-we want to be sure that someone is free to give you their undivided attention.

General Information

Industry Sales Only
To purchase plants from us, you must be eligible to buy wholesale.  This means that you must have either an 11-digit Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit number, or you must be able to demonstrate that your institution is tax exempt.  If we do not have the proper paperwork on file, you will not be able to purchase from us.

Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Closed Saturday and Sunday.  Customers wishing to pick up orders should call ahead of time so that we may assemble the order in advance.  Orders must be picked up before 4:00 p.m.  Customers who require assisted sales are encouraged to call for an appointment.

Availability
Availability will constantly vary due to the broad range of plants we are producing and continuing to develop.  We will fax our current availability lists weekly upon request.  Access to online availability and pricing requires a password.  First time users will need to call (512) 276-9801.

Terms
All sales are cash unless credit has been established in advance.  All charge accounts are due and payable net 30 days from the invoice date.  Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month. (18% per annum).  Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 charge.

Prices
Prices are intended for wholesale trade only, and are subject to change without notice.  All 4" plants are sold by the flat (20 count) only.  Again, first time users of our website will need to call (512) 276-9801 to obtain a password in order to access our price listings. 

Delivery
Delivery is a $400.00 minimum purchase in the Austin area with either a $50 delivery fee or 6.5% of the purchase order.  See delivery chart for minimums and rates outside of the Austin area.  It is expected that all customers will provide adequate help in unloading the truck.  Our drivers are instructed to tailgate only.  Customers must provide reasonable unloading areas accessible to our trucks.  Your cooperation is appreciated.

Restocking Fees
If plant material is canceled upon delivery, returned after the delivery has been made, or not picked up after it has been pulled, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.

Warranty
No warranties are made, expressed or implied.  Upon acceptance of plants, all owner liability ceases and the purchaser assumes all rights and responsibilities.  Any claims must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up to be eligible for adjustment.
